Gundam Versus, the new game inspired by the legendary anime franchise, is coming to the west. While Gundam and many anime-inspired titles release in Japan all the time, we don’t usually see them in American and Europe. However, this time around Bandai Namco confirmed a western release.
Fans of the ever popular anime can now rest easy, provided they own a PlayStation 4. As of right now, we know Gundam Versus is releasing exclusively for the console in Autumn. After which, players can experience the interesting mechanics of a fast-paced mech gameplay; moreover, they’ll be able to play alongside others thanks to a sizeable multiplayer component.

Each playable Mobile Suit comes equipped with its own weapon systems to learn and master along with new mobility options that allow for advanced strategy to evade and outwit opponents. Players will also be able to beat the best player on Earth with the Online Matchmaking now deployed on worldwide servers.”
As the trailer demonstrates, Gundam Versus brings a variety of playable Gundams and other mobile suits. It even looks like fans can experience their favorites through the combination of eras and timelines. We hope to learn more on the path to Autumn.
