The Splatoon 2 Global Testfire Starts Today, Check out What the Turf War on The Reef Gameplay Looks Like at 60 FPS
For those of you following the news about the upcoming release of Nintendo’s colorful first-person shooter, Splatoon 2, you may already know that the Splatoon 2 Global Testfire kicks off today. Since not everyone can be around to jump into a game on an early afternoon, some gamers have graciously uploaded their gameplay onto YouTube for everyone to enjoy in HD. Don’t worry though, there will be more blocks of time over the weekend where you’ll be able to join the action, just check out the full Splatoon 2 Testfire time schedule here!
A Turf War in Splatoon is an all-out battle between two teams of four as they blast the arena with ink from their weapons. Whichever team covers the most area walks out victorious. You can watch the full Turf War on The Reef in the video below!
A very blatant change between the games is the missing gamepad screen that previously contained the map. Players must now select “X” to view the map, which causes a very bold obstruction of the screen.
