New Friday The 13th: The Game Trailer
Back in January, we shared with you a first look at Jason Voorhees as portrayed in Jason Lives: Friday the 13th Part VI. “J6” came equipped with deadly throwing knives and a lengthy spear-like weapon, perfect for catching fleeing camp counselors. Today, Friday the 13th: The Game got a new trailer that delivers exactly what fans are hungry for and that is bloodcurdling kills.
There is no question this game will deliver all the blood and guts you could possibly imagine. In the video you will see Jason demolish helpless campers by breaking them over his knee, drowning them in a toilet, skewering them through the head with a giant spear, and chopping them to pieces with an axe. Also, you get a look at two new Jason skins based on Friday the 13th Part 8: Jason Takes Manhattan, and Friday the 13th Part 9: Jason Goes to Hell.

Speaking of skins, Gun Media also revealed the new Tom Savini-designed Jason look available for those who pre-order the game. Apparently, Jason’s back from the depths and ready to unleash some hellfire!
Friday the 13th: The Game hits PC, Xbox One and PS4 in multiplayer-only form sometime early this year. The full version, which will include AI bots for single-player fun, hits this summer. Don’t worry, early adopters — those who grab the multiplayer version will be able to upgrade to the blood-soaked full version for free.
