Ubisoft producer Fabian Salomon and Watch Dogs 2 script writer Ethan Petty, have shared some exciting details about the upcoming DLC, including new gameplay elements and the story. The Human Conditions DLC expands the main story of the game and offers three more DeadSec operations, as well as an elite Co-op challenge, both promising to challenge players worldwide! There will also be a bunch of new customization options for Marcus, including clothing, dances and emotes.

Petty stated that the DLC is better enjoyed if players have already spent some time becoming familiar with the main characters and key aspects of the game. In Human Conditions, players will have to face new enemies in the story, including the Bratva and Raymond ‘T-Bone’ Kenney, who players will recognize from the original Watch Dogs game. As if that wasn’t exciting enough, the new DLC promises to bring Jordi Chin back into the game, forming a loose alliance with Marcus. The new gameplay elements will include drone navigation, net hack, or VR puzzles that will be explored further than ever before, according to Salomon. There will be a new enemy archetype, known as the Jammer, who will have a device capable of disabling hackable objects and opportunities. This will force players to adapt to their environment on the fly.
