Sony Offers a PlayStation Store Bonus Just in time for a Certain Release
That’s right. For anyone who has been holding off any any major game purchases, Sony is offering a window. Spending $100 on the PlayStation store gets you $15 credit. So if you were thinking about going to GameStop, you might want to stop and think, “Hey, wait a minute, I can avoid tax and get extra credit?” Yes you can.
Players must keep in mind, however, that this bonus doesn’t stack. For example – spending $200 won’t get you $30 credit, so on and so forth. So if you were thinking to, say, buy Horizon Zero Dawn–reserve Mass Effect Andromeda, reserve NieR: Automata, and reserve Persona 5, it just wouldn’t work. But Sony will probably offer more discounts by those release dates anyway.
You have from now until the end of the month to make use of Sony’s credit offer; just in time for Horizon Zero Dawn’s release on February 29, next Tuesday. Credit will be conveniently applied to your account before Mass Effect Andromeda’s release: March 14. Or use it for anything else, perhaps that one indie game you saw in the PlayStation store.
Let us know what you think of this special offer from Sony, assuming you haven’t rushed to the store. But for more of the latest gaming news, stick around. Have a glorious day.
