Players Will Experience HD Rumble with Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Hence, Breath of the Wild will be the first game to Fully Utilize Switch Features

During the Nintendo Switch Presenation, Mitsuki Horenake showcased all the wonder within their new Joy-Cons. He decided to demonstrate the new HD Rumble effect through the glass-cup many will remember. By sensing the amount of ice blocks in the cup, he represented a new attention to detail in Nintendo gameplay. And we’ve since learned that this innovative “HD Rumble” will be available on day one with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

Thanks to hands-on events across the globe, players have confirmed that Breath of the Wild will utilize “HD Rumble” precision features. All we’re missing from Joy-Con is the actual cold sensation, and we’d have the beez kneez. But then we wouldn’t be able to hold the controller for very long. Furthermore, one of the attendees at the hands-on Switch event in New York posted many details surrounding games and control aspects:

…We went to Zelda… it was amazing, it feels like it took a little bit of a skyrim approach but without losing the feeling of traditional zelda. It has HD rumble and uses gyro sensors when aiming with the bow. After that, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Battle. I’ve never been a fan of battle mode in mario kart games, but this one seemed to have potential.

Among them was Arms, Nintendo’s latest title which he claimed provided a new and fun experience with enough variety in its characters to keep players coming back – a good sign moving forward with new Nintendo titles. We await news on that, Zelda, Mario, and more in the days to come.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be released March 3rd, alongside Nintendo Switch. It will be Nintendo’s first AAA title to utilize their console’s gimmick’s, thus will serve a harbinger for things to come.
