Breath of the Wild will be Out with the Switch March 3rd, 2017
Tonight’s Switch presentation ended with a brand new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
The trailer showcases the game’s story, highlighting what are presumably key moments throughout the narrative. Zelda herself appears to have a more substantial role, along with a larger cast we only caught a glimpse of.
The trailer ended with the release date for the game. Confirming previous reports, theories and feverish hopes, Breath of the Wild will be launching with the Switch this March. This news, in combination with the upcoming presentations happening around the world over the next few days, should put fan hype at a legendary level. No word yet on when pre-orders will begin in earnest, but expect the Switch to get pretty scarce, pretty fast.
