Nintendo Insider Laura Kate Dale Confirms Breath of the Wild Will Be a Nintendo Switch Launch Title
Laura Kate Dale, video game critic and Nintendo Switch insider gives a solid confirmation that The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will indeed be a Nintendo Switch launch title. Despite numerous rumors stating the exact opposite, she reported over Twitter that we’ll be seeing it with the console’s release in March 2017.
Contrary to my past report on BOTW release date it is 100% coming at Switch launch in North America in March. Have seen finalised materials.

On the other end of the spectrum, what we’ve been hearing about the new Legend of Zelda title is that it’s been hitting some problems during development and is far from being ready. There have even been rumors about the Wii U version of the game being canceled altogether.
Nintendo will be hosting a very special Switch reveal event next Thursday, so hopefully we’ll be getting some exciting news about Breath of the Wild!
