PS4 Sharefactory Update: Create And Share GIFs
With the release of the much anticipated PS4 Pro today, there is also some big news about the PS4 Sharefactory. The newest update for the PS4 will allow you to create and share gifs through the Sharefactory! You can now freeze the frames of collected videos, create hilarious gifs and share them with the world. From Infinite Warfare and Battlefield 1 to NHL 17 and Uncharted 4, there will be no limit to the content available for some fantastic memes and gifs!
The new sharefactory update also adds a Photo Mode where you can easily create custom photo collages with up to six screenshots. You can also utilize most of the existing filters and effects from Sharefactory to add to your photos. The update allows includes the ability to use “split clip” on a second video track, new troll stickers, pan and zoom functionality, a 20% boost to export speed and PS4 Pro support.
Even with the different options it is almost certain that gifs will be the most popular way PS4 users will express their creativity.  Therefore, here are some things to keep in mind:
1) Created GIFs can be uploaded directly to Twitter if your account is linked.
2) They can only be up to 10 seconds long.
3) You can add captions with the new fonts.
4) All videos in your PS4 library can be turned into a gif.
