Devil May Cry 5 Coming Out Before the End of March 2019

DMC Fans Won’t Have To Wait Long For the Anticipated Sequel!

The E3 reveal of Devil May Cry 5 was certainly cause for celebration for the Devil May Cry fanbase and according to a Capcom press release, they won’t be waiting long until they can get their hands on the game.

Though the press release itself still gives Devil May Cry 5 a less specific Spring 2019 release window, the title of the document reads, “Capcom to Release Resident Evil 2 and Devil May Cry 5 Before End of March 2019!”. The Resident Evil 2 remake is currently scheduled to come out on January 25, 2019.

Last week, we ran a news story about a UK retailer that listed DMC5 before it was officially announced. Notably, the retailer also gave the game a release date of March 30, 2019. However, it should be kept in mind that this could just be a placeholder date that was coincidentally given before the game’s official reveal at E3.

In Devil May Cry 5, players will take control of Nero, a demon hunter, and save Red Grave City from a demonic invasion that was caused by the seeds of a “demon tree”. It’s been confirmed that there will be two other playable characters, so Nero won’t be fighting all these demons alone.

Devil May Cry 5 is set to launch in Spring 2019 for the PC, Xbox One & PS4.
