EA Play Will Return in June for E3 2018

EA Play Attendees Will Be Able to Play the Next Battlefield

Electronic Arts have confirmed that they will be hosting another EA Play event for this year’s E3 — or rather right before E3. Fans will be able to snag tickets for free this Spring to see and play some of the biggest EA games of 2018.

EA Play 2018

It will run from June 9th to June 11th and will include “more EA brands, more hands-on stations and more entertainment than ever before.” EA has promised that players will get a chance to play the next Battlefield and will get an inside look into Anthem, BioWare’s anticipated shared-world action game. All of the EA Sports titles will also be in attendance.

EA had previously confirmed that a new Battlefield game would release later this year, which makes EA Play the perfect event to make a full announcement.

The event will be held at the Hollywood Palladium, the same location as previous years. It will begin on Saturday at 2 PM to 8 PM. Then, on Sunday and Monday, from 10 AM to 8 PM. E3 kicks off the following day on June 12th, also in LA. EA will hold a press conference on June 9th which will be streamed online.

EA will be implementing a new ticketing system to give players better hands-on access, but no concrete details were given. More information regarding EA Play 2018 will be doled out over the coming weeks and months including ticket availability, games, program schedule, and more.
