Dragon Age 4 Development Teased by Known Voice Actress

BioWare Has yet to Confirm that Dragon Age 4 is in the Works

BioWare fans may have their first indication of Dragon Age 4 in the works. None other than voice actress Alix Regan posted an Instagram of herself in the background of a recording studio, listing the hashtag “Elf.”

Regan is particularly notable in the gaming industry for her voicework in Dragon Age: Inquisition. She delivered the elegant British voice for the female inquisitor. Of course, as the player’s choice protagonist, the inquisitor could be one of four races: Human, Qunari, Dwarf, or Elf. Thus, while Alix Regan’s post could very well be for another game, fans naturally point to the next Dragon Age.

Dragon Age: Inquisition released in 2014 to positive reviews and even received Game of the Year accolades. It arrived for PC, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, and PS3 and is currently available through EA Access. In 2015, Electronic Arts reported it as BioWare’s most successful launch in terms of units sold. As of right now, it may be the developer’s flagship franchise until the next installment.

Hence, it is no wonder we’re all awaiting Dragon Age 4 with baited breath. Judging by the ending of Dragon Age Inquisition (Minor Spoilers), there is room for Alix Regan to return for substantial voice-acting work. Undoubtedly, she can voice multiple characters in the same game, but her intentionally vague post has stirred the pot.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is now available with Jaws of Hakkon, The Descent, and Trespasser DLCs. As stated, you can also find it on EA Access, soon with its predecessor Dragon Age: Origins on April 21st.

Let us know your thoughts on Regan’s post down below. Will resume her past role in Dragon Age 4? Do you think it’s a completely different title related to an elf? Or is she just misleading us for whatever reason? Comment down below. And for more updates and revelations, stick around. Happy gaming.
