PopCap Vancouver has announced that Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare players will receive in-game Garden Warfare 2 Player Loyalty rewards based on their achieved rank in the original game. Players can apparently claim their Loyalty Rewards in Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 by heading to the Mailbox upon starting the game and following instructions to import their characters and progression. Once imported, we’ve been told that players will receive the following in-game rewards:
- Rank 10 or higher – Receive a free Helpful Fun Pack.
- Rank 25 or higher – Receive a free Wondrous Pack of Greatness.
- Rank 50 or higher – Receive a free character unlock.
- Rank 100 or higher – Receive five Super Rare Customization Items – with a ‘glowing’ effect added to them for good measure.
- Max Rank of 313 – Last but not least, players who reach will receive a 313 Max Pack that includes a legendary character – the Unicorn Chomper and Unicorn Warp Ability. Because what’s not to love about a warping Chomper?
Plus, if you are an Xbox player, don’t forget that Xbox Live Gold members on Xbox One can currently jump into the original Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare for free without a subscription on EA Access, as part of the EA Access Free Play Days promotion from now until January 24th.
Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 drops February 23rd, 2016 – Offer expires February 1st, 2017.
