Dungeon of the Endless manages to be a good game but it uses some tired mechanics that indie games are seeing a lot of these days. Without that special something to really stand out from the crowd it doesn’t get a chance to really shine.

What the Civilization series does it does well. It’s done these things well for a long time now. If the formula works things shouldn’t be changed, only refined, and that’s exactly what happens in the latest Civ installment Beyond Earth.

While the Super Meat Boy comparisons might be inevitable it’s safe to say Fenix Rage has its own unique qualities that make it stand apart from its inspiration. There’s no doubt, the speed platformer genre has its newest must play title.

We give this 4X turn-based fantasy strategy game by the creators of Endless Space and Dungeon of the Endless a spin and walk away having a punishingly good time.

Set in a minimalistic stylized universe, Minimum features fast-paced, session-based combat that pits two teams of five against each other armed with powerful, craftable weapons. Is it any good? You bet it is.

Armed with a stylish revolver and six bullets we dive deep int the world of Heavy Bullets. While the game succeeds on many levels, it never really manages to capture our imagination and in the end just misses the bullseye.
