Ready to live out your superhero fantasy? UNDEFEATED: Genesis has just given players a fresh look at its high-flying action with a brand-new trailer, and the game’s Steam demo is now available to play ahead of its release on PC and PS5 next year.
Chorus Worldwide and Osaka-based indie studio Indie-us Games revealed the latest footage during the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct 2026. The trailer puts the spotlight on everything that makes the game stand out, from unrestricted flight and lightning-fast movement to explosive superpowered combat across the massive alien world of Voltissia.
The game follows Albert Hartree, better known as Al, a young man who has always dreamed of becoming a hero. After mysteriously arriving in Voltissia, Al suddenly finds himself full of incredible powers. His childhood dream is finally within reach, but there’s a much bigger problem as he’s now on an alien planet far from home.
Al eventually joins forces with the Enelf, survivors of a civilisation that was destroyed 500 years ago. Together, they must protect the planet’s inhabitants, uncover the mystery behind Voltissia’s downfall, and help Al find a way home.
Genesis builds on the viral success of the original UNDEFEATED, which attracted millions of players worldwide. This time, the developers are taking things much further with deeper progression, a larger world, expanded exploration, and more powerful combat.
With the demo now live on Steam, there’s no need to wait until next year to see what this superhero adventure is all about.
