Turtle Beach Drops Some Mario Day Deals on Nintendo Switch Accessories
Turtle Beach has announced a slew of discounts on Nintendo Switch peripherals to celebrate Mario Day. The limited-time promotion will run from March 8 through March 14 and includes deals on controllers and carrying cases compatible with both the Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2.
The promotion features price reductions across a wide selection of accessories inspired by characters and themes from the Super Mario series.
Switch 2 Accessories on Sale
Several accessories designed for the Nintendo Switch 2 will be discounted during the promotion. Wired controller options, including the Afterglow Wave models in black, blue, and grey as well as the Afterglow Wired Clear and Rematch Wired Black controllers, will drop from $29.99 to $24.99.
Turtle Beach is also discounting several PlayTrek carrying cases. The PlayTrek Travel Case in Charcoal Black and Stellar White will be reduced from $24.99 to $19.99, while themed versions such as the Donkey Kong and Mario Bricks editions will be available for $24.99 (down from $29.99). The larger PlayTrek 2-in-1 Case will see a $10 discount, dropping from $49.99 to $39.99.
Nintendo Switch Controller Deals
A larger number of wireless controllers for the original Nintendo Switch will also receive discounts of up to 33 percent.
The Afterglow Wave Wireless Motion controllers in Black, Purple, and White will be reduced from $59.99 to $39.99. Several Rematch Glow Wireless Motion controllers themed after popular characters, including Bowser, Boo, and Mario racing designs, will also drop to $39.99.
Additional themed options featuring characters such as Donkey Kong and Mario will receive the same 33 percent discount.
Other deals include the Afterglow Deluxe Wireless Motion Clear controller, reduced from $54.99 to $39.99, as well as wired Afterglow Wave controllers in blue and grey discounted from $29.99 to $24.99.

According to Turtle Beach, the Mario Day promotions will be available through participating retailers and on the company’s official website beginning March 8. A dedicated Mario Day landing page will showcase all of the discounted products during the event.
Mario Day, celebrated annually on March 10 due to the resemblance between “MAR10” and the character’s name, has become a yearly opportunity for companies and retailers to offer themed promotions and highlight products tied to Nintendo’s iconic mascot.
