Meet the New Characters in Duet Night Abyss
Pan Studio has released a major new update for its hybrid action RPG Duet Night Abyss. Titled Huaxu: The Wind Awakening – Chapter II, the update continues the Huaxu storyline with new characters, gameplay systems, and expanded global accessibility. Players can download the update now for free on PC, iOS, Android, Steam, and the Epic Games Store. Coinciding with the update, the game also officially launches its French localisation, opening the door for a wider international audience to experience its dual-narrative fantasy world.
Chapter II introduces two new Electro-element characters inspired by Eastern fantasy aesthetics. The first, Zhiliu, is a mysterious merchant dressed in qipao-inspired attire and adorned with talismans. Players can unlock Zhiliu for free by collecting “Secret Letter: Zhiliu” shards through the Immersive Theatre and Covert Commission modes. The second character, Yuming, will arrive later in the chapter, featuring striking dragon-scale motifs. Yuming’s release will also add seven new side quests that further explore the lore and history of the Huaxu region.
The update also debuts the long-awaited Mount System, allowing players to travel across Atlasia more efficiently. Four different mount types are available, including the Mecha-Sable Bi’an, which players can earn by completing in-game challenges. Additional features include an auto-battler mode, a Regional Reputation system called Rise to Fame, item gifting between friends, and expanded multiplayer rewards.
Players can earn even more bonuses through the new Wishen’s Daring Adventures event, daily login rewards, and time spent in shared multiplayer areas. Duet Night Abyss and the Huaxu: The Wind Awakening – Chapter II update is available now for free across all supported platforms.
