Super Structure Games has announced that their upcoming horde-survivor title, BRUTUS MAXIMUS is launching on early access in October. The exact release date will be unveiled soon. A demo is also coming out on PC via Steam in the upcoming days and the full release will happen sometime in March 2025.
BRUTUS MAXIMUS is a roguelike horde-survivor game that draws its inspiration from Vampire Survivors, Death Must Die, and Halls of Torment. You will gear up for a wild road trip through the Roman Empire. Travel from Teutoburg to Rome, taking down anything in your path in this thrilling survival roguelite. Unlock new heroes, weapons, and skills to create powerful combos. Get ready to hack, slash, stab, and shoot your way through entire Roman legions.
You can pick from a bunch of cool characters like the Legionnaire, Sagittarius, Gladiator, and others. Each of them has their own special skills and weapons. As you play, you’ll unlock new powers, upgrades, and bonuses to make your character even stronger and boost your survival chances.
