Black Kite Games has announced the release date for their upcoming deckbuilding roguelike title Acolyte of the Altar. It will be arriving on PC via Steam on 25 March 2024. Acolyte of the Altar is a single-player deck-builder game with unique full creature combat and synergies. You can summon an army of creatures with their own health and attack stats. They are also capable of interacting with each other and the Beasts in various ways. It also has a gorgeous art style and amazing animations which builds up a strong atmosphere.
The game comes with a twist: the colossal beast that you confront becomes enraged as the battle drags on longer. They will become more powerful and fierce, meaning, it is better to take them out as soon as possible.
