E3 2016: A Complete Guide to All the Live Press Conferences

Well, E3 2016 is fast approaching, and those planning on attending are starting to pack their suitcases to get ready for that trip down to sunny LA. What’s that? You don’t have tickets? No problem – step away from that ledge, because we at COGconnected have put together a handy (and very complete) guide to all the major Press Conferences of the show. Whether it be Bethesda, Sony, Microsoft, whatever – here is your one-stop source for following everything that happens down there at the live show.

E3 2016 Press Conferences Top ScreenElectronic Arts

WHEN – Sunday, June 12th, 1PM PST / 4PM EST

WHERE TO WATCH LIVE – EA Twitch Channel

WHAT TO EXPECT – This year, EA has decided not to have a booth at E3 itself. Rather, they will hold their own “EA Play” event, which will take place June 12-14. They claim they will be having a number of live events over that period, so check their Twitch Channel (above) even after the Press Conference to tune in to more events.

EA has not specifically stated what they intend to show off at their Press Conference, but some sort of Battlefield 1 teaser or even gameplay footage seems likely, especially after their first Teaser Trailer caused such a stir. Another upcoming title, Titanfall 2, is supposedly releasing before Spring 2017, so expect to see that game discussed as well.

Bethesda

WHEN – Sunday, June 12th, 7PM PST /10PM EST

WHERE TO WATCH LIVE – Bethesda Twitch Channel

WHAT TO EXPECT – Bethesda will hopefully give us more of a look at Dishonored 2. The announce trailer was shown at E3 last year, and impressed a lot of people with its cool visuals. As for already-released titles, look for DOOM to be front and center. It has been well-received by critics and players alike, and Bethesda will probably give us some idea of where they are headed in the DLC and expansion fronts. Fallout 4’s future DLC might be talked about as well.

But the biggest hope for Bethesda fans is that an Elder Scrolls reveal takes place. It has been a while since Skyrim, and Bethesda’s other major IP’s have had recent instalments, so the timing is right for at least a teaser for a new Elder Scrolls title. Let’s hope.
