Find Out the Wanderers in Going my way?
Going my way? is bringing fresh scares to Steam Scream Fest with a major demo update, and horror fans have another reason to keep an eye on this eerie train ride. Developer Siberian Koala and publisher Spaghetti Cat have rolled out an updated free demo, available to play through November 2.
In Going my way?, players take on the role of a train conductor with a disturbing task: identify the Wanderers hiding among ordinary passengers. With danger potentially lurking in every carriage, figuring out who belongs and who doesn’t is key to surviving this unsettling journey.
The new demo update makes the experience more polished while adding fresh content. Players can meet the Riddler, discover new music tracks, and get a clearer introduction to the game’s mechanics thanks to a revamped onboarding experience. The developers have also improved camera focus during anomalies and jumpscares, making those unsettling moments hit harder.
That’s not all. Players can now switch the blur effect on or off, while performance optimizations and several fixes make the experience smoother. The update also fixes volume settings so they properly affect all in-game sounds.
But perhaps the biggest surprise is still to come. Yakob, a character from Trioskaz’s acclaimed horror game No, I’m not a human, will board the train when Going my way? launches, adding an unexpected crossover to the experience.
The full game is currently planned for release in 2026, although the developers haven’t announced an exact date yet. Until then, the updated demo offers a perfect opportunity to step aboard, inspect the passengers, and find out whether you can spot the danger before it’s too late.
