Welcome to a New Beginning in RAVEN2
Netmarble has launched a new way for players to jump into its dark fantasy MMORPG RAVEN2 with the arrival of the fresh start server “ZERO.” The new server opened on September 15 at UTC+0 and comes with a different set of rules designed to make progression more accessible for both new and returning players.
ZERO reduces some of the usual pressure that comes with growing in an MMORPG, including heavy competition, PK stress, and monetization concerns. Players can take advantage of increased EXP gains and equipment drop rates, adjusted combat balance, and a simplified progression system. The server also leaves out Mythic-grade Summons and Awakenings, while Farming Crystals gives players a way to earn the game’s main currency through regular hunting and gameplay.
Several areas on ZERO are designated as Peace Zones, preventing PK and allowing more players to participate in field boss encounters. The server currently features Abyss 1F and the Sinerim region, with additional content planned for future updates. Players can also pick up plenty of launch rewards, including 550 Summon Scrolls, a Legendary Holy Garment and Familiar, Heroic equipment, skill books, and milestone chests.
Meanwhile, existing servers are getting their own “Legendary Festival,” offering 330 Summon Scrolls, Legendary rewards, Abyss benefits, and upgraded growth events. The “Full Moon Forest” event dungeon will also remain available until October 7.
With ZERO, RAVEN2 is giving new players a much smoother starting point while keeping veteran players busy with fresh rewards and events. For anyone who has been waiting for a good reason to return, this could be a solid time to jump back into the dark fantasy world.
