Dominus Automa Has Launched Its Multiplayer Playtest on Steam

Become the Strongest Adventurer in Dominus Automa

Fans of online RPGs can now get their hands on Dominus Automa, as the game’s multiplayer Steam Playtest has officially gone live. The upcoming idle open-world RPG aims to offer something different for players who love online gaming but don’t always have hours to spend grinding every day.

Dominus Automa

Dominus Automa focuses on persistent progression, allowing characters to continue developing even when players are offline. Instead of worrying about falling behind, players can set up their heroes, define their combat strategies, and let the game handle progression around the clock.

The Playtest opens the door to a persistent online world featuring PvE encounters, PvP battles, boss fights, crafting, exploration, and cooperative gameplay. Players can also try out the new Paladin class and experiment with the game’s Combat Matrix system.

The Combat Matrix gives players detailed control over how their hero behaves during battles. Players can customize decisions based on health and mana levels, enemy positioning, the number of nearby opponents, ability priorities, skill categories, and their role when fighting alongside other players.

The Playtest will run for 14 days and offers plenty of content to explore. Players can progress up to level 25, visit 10 different locations, battle 20 types of enemies and three bosses, and unlock 24 skills to build their preferred combat strategy.

With its focus on flexible progression and less time-consuming gameplay, Dominus Automa could be an interesting option for busy RPG fans. The Playtest will give players a chance to see whether its idle approach can make online adventuring more enjoyable.
