Almost Time to Lead Your Dynasty in Feodika
Independent studio Gemenot Digital has officially announced Feodika, a narrative-driven grand strategy game set in the early Middle Ages. The Steam page is now live as well, allowing players to wishlist the game. Blending historical authenticity with accessible gameplay, Feodika invites players to guide a ruling dynasty through some of the most turbulent centuries in European history, spanning the 9th to the 11th centuries.
In Feodika, players step into the role of successive rulers, making decisions that shape the dynasty and the world. The game draws inspiration from real historical events. It features scenarios ranging from sweeping Viking campaigns to political intrigue surrounding the throne of Constantinople. Every choice matters, influencing alliances, wars, internal politics, and the long-term fate of entire nations.
“Feodika is our original take on the genre, where we tried to combine the historical depth and complexity of grand strategies with the simplicity and replayability of ruler simulators. The result is a very intriguing and engaging cocktail that I’m sure will find its audience!” said Sergey Golubkin, the Producer of the game.
Gameplay-wise, Feodika combines elements reminiscent of Crusader Kings. Along with the intuitive decision-making of Reigns, and the strong narrative found in The Life and Suffering of Sir Brante. Players will govern realms, manage relationships between characters, and wage wars. All while navigating moral dilemmas through choice-driven events.
With over 1,500 hand-written events, hundreds of unique characters, and dozens of playable countries, Feodika promises high replay value and emergent storytelling. Players can wishlist the game now on Steam and prepare to rewrite medieval history, one decision at a time.
