Dive Into the Action in Out of Time
Manticore Games has announced the official launch of Out of Time, its multiplayer roguelite, now available on Steam and fully playable on the Steam Deck. Blending fast-paced combat with time travel and cooperative play, the game brings together knights, mechs, and shapeshifters in a constantly shifting multiverse.
Often referred to by its early community as the Multiplayer Megabonk, Out of Time focuses on chaotic team-based battles where coordination and adaptability define success. Each match delivers a tightly paced 15-minute run filled with escalating threats, unpredictable events, and powerful enemies pulled from different eras of history and the future.

Following an extensive testing phase shaped by tens of thousands of players, the Steam launch marks a major step forward for the game. Alongside new platforms, Manticore Games is introducing fresh content, including the Solar Punk Era, which expands the universe even further.
According to CEO Frederic Descamps, Out of Time was built as an endlessly expandable experience. Using Core, Manticore’s own UGC platform built on Unreal, the team can rapidly add new features, eras, and systems. This approach allows the game to grow at a fast pace, with more updates already planned for the coming year.
The newly added Solar Punk Era introduces four expansive zones, new enemy types, additional playable classes such as the Solar Sentinel and Head of Hydroponics, four large-scale bosses, and a range of new random in-game events. With its blend of roguelite structure, cooperative intensity, and era-hopping chaos, Out of Time now invites a wider audience to jump into its ever-evolving universe on Steam and the Steam Deck.
