Step Inside the Shifting Chambers
Korpi Games has unveiled Shifting Chambers, a spine-chilling new horror experience coming soon to PC and VR. The game places players inside a vast, decaying manor where the rules of space itself refuse to stay still. Every time the bell tolls, the manor shifts, linking doors to different rooms and forcing players to adapt to survive.
In Shifting Chambers, players must navigate this ever-changing environment, solving cryptic puzzles that gradually reveal paths toward escape. The manor is not empty, however. Mysterious guardians stalk the corridors, and they are the ones who brought you here. Their presence ensures that escape will not be easy, as they learn and adapt to your movements. One wrong step can mean capture, or worse.
The game blends puzzle-driven exploration with tense horror, all framed within a minimal interface that offers no guidance beyond what you discover on your own. The atmosphere emphasizes dread, silence, and the unsettling uncertainty of what waits behind the next door.
Players can face the manor alone or join up to two others in online co-op. Working together may increase your chances, but splitting up could help you cover more ground at a dangerous cost. With full VR support, the experience becomes even more immersive, surrounding players with the shifting walls and looming threats of the manor.
Shifting Chambers is available to wishlist on Steam, with a playable demo arriving during Steam Next Fest in October 2025. The demo will feature a single floor of the manor in solo play, giving players a first glimpse of the game’s unsettling world.
