Take IT Studio! has announced that Before Exit: Gas Station will arrive on PlayStation 5 on October 23, 2025, following a successful PC launch earlier this month. The studio expressed gratitude for the community’s enthusiastic response, highlighting the excitement of players as they explored every quirk, anomaly, and chaotic twist within the gas station. With this new release, PlayStation players can now step into the role of a night-shift gas station employee and test their skills at surviving a shift under the watchful eye of a strict and cost-conscious boss.
The game presents a unique twist on everyday expectations: in this world, gas stations do not stay open at night. Players must turn off the lights, close the store, and head home, all while completing a series of increasingly complex tasks. Set in a remote location, the game challenges players to navigate over 40 story-rich scenarios, uncover four different endings, and explore six mysterious bonus episodes. Each playthrough offers fresh opportunities to discover hidden content, unlock achievements, and ultimately reach the true ending.
Before Exit: Gas Station combines roguelike mechanics with logical riddles in a distinctive anomaly-detection genre, encouraging repeated playthroughs to complete assignments and fully master the game. For the first time in the franchise, players can leave the workplace to inspect fuel dispensers, clean oil stains, and handle unexpected customers before returning home. The PS5 release will include full controller support, Steam Achievements, and 14 supported languages. Take IT Studio has confirmed that this launch is only the beginning, with new content updates and features already in development for all platforms.
