Travel Multiple Worlds in Wish Upon a Cat
Indie studio Odencat is marking its sixth anniversary with the launch of a brand-new adventure game, Wish Upon A Cat, now available to play for free. This short and heartfelt title takes players on a journey through a multiverse built from Odencat’s past games, all to cheer up the studio’s temperamental mascot cat.
The story begins in a mysterious apartment where dimensional portals have opened to beloved Odencat worlds like Bear’s Restaurant, Fishing Paradiso, Snowman Story, and Meg’s Monster. Players must travel through each world to find the cat, whose emotional outburst threatens to trigger a cosmic disaster. Along the way, they will encounter familiar characters, solve light puzzles, and experience new dialogue written just for this adventure.
As expected from Odencat, the game balances whimsy with emotional depth, offering a brief but touching narrative that stays with players after it ends. Featuring lively visuals, an original soundtrack, and nostalgic callbacks, Wish Upon A Cat is both a celebration and a love letter to fans.
