Developer Tom Reason and publisher SHADA GAMES have announced that CYBRID is coming to the Meta Quest (Meta Horizon) store very soon. The game is already available on Steam, and now it will be accessible to a whole different audience in due time. So, sharpen your blades and load your pistol for this amazing action-rhythm VR game.
CYBRID takes place in a neon-lit Cyber Future and perfectly blends rhythm-based mechanics with cinematic action. Players must slash, shoot, and dodge incoming cyborg threats to the beat of an electrifying soundtrack. Whether you’re running across rooftops, jumping between platforms, or deflecting bullets mid-air, every move is synced to the music, and timing is everything.
The core gameplay encourages fluid movement and rhythm following as players switch between swords, pistols, and wrist-mounted blades. Color-coded enemies demand precision: weapons can only eliminate enemies of matching colors, adding a layer of strategy to the stylish combat.
CYBRID also offers a Level Editor, allowing players to tailor their experience. Customize color palettes, weapon styles, enemy designs, and visual themes. Modify game conditions with features like time acceleration and error immunity to ramp up the challenge or fine-tune the pacing.
