Independent game studio Zapdot has officially revealed the release date for its debut title, CIPHER ZERO. This minimalist logic puzzle game launches on July 22, 2025, on Steam for Windows, macOS, and Steam Deck.
CIPHER ZERO places players in a world of shifting landscapes and mysterious symbols. Using only two actions: toggling a tile and checking a solution, players must decipher a hidden language of glyphs. The game skips tutorials and tips, challenging players to rely entirely on logic and observation to solve over 300 handcrafted puzzles.
Zapdot designed the experience to reward quiet focus and gradual discovery. A reactive, ambient soundtrack adapts as players progress, creating a meditative atmosphere that deepens the sense of exploration.
