Shape the World in Dreams of Another
Kyoto-based indie studio Q-Games has announced that Dreams of Another will launch on PC via Steam in 2025. This surreal new title from multimedia artist Baiyon was previously announced for PlayStation 5 and PS VR2, set to launch later this year.
Moreover, the PlayStation 5 version will debut at Day of the Devs 2025, with showcases at both the San Francisco and GDC editions. The game is also featured in the Day of the Devs event on Steam, where its page is now live.
Known for directing PixelJunk Eden, Baiyon explores the theme of “No Creation Without Destruction” in Dreams of Another. Unlike traditional shooters, where destruction is key, this game flips the concept—each shot materializes objects, shaping the world around you. This inventive approach offers a fresh take on the genre, drawing players into a surreal, dreamlike experience.
