Are You Ready for Radventure?
Noreasta Productions has released a new free demo for their upcoming title, Radventure. It is an adventure RPG and players already described it as “Deadpool meets DnD”. Moreover, its Kickstarter campaign is also live for everyone to show some love and support. The goal is $27,800 and the campaign will end on 10 February 2025.
The goal is to bring in more 2D artists, ensuring the final product doesn’t rely on AI-enhanced artwork, while also covering taxes and fees. Campaign funds will also go toward upgrading recording equipment and fairly compensating the skilled voice team for their efforts.
In the demo, you take on the role of Ryle, a sharp-tongued, humor-loving protagonist. His mission? To find the grave of Dwemmit, his former adventuring partner, in a secluded graveyard, so he can relieve himself on it. This stunning HD/2D game, created with the Godot engine, puts you at the heart of an unpredictable, comedy-filled story. Join Ryle in exploring the graveyard, clashing with the narrator, and causing chaos at every turn.
Here are some key features of this early sneak peek of the full game:
– The first fully explorable area of the Radventure world.
– Search and investigate mechanics.
– Contextual turn-based combat.
– Fully voiced narration from a jerk who is not to be trusted.
– Dead Horse.
– Four (or more?) possible endings… possibly.
