Freddy Farmer Released Date Unveiled for Nintendo Switch and Steam

Join the Adventure in Freddy Farmer

Developer Catcade Games and publisher Flynn’s Arcade has announced that Freddy Farmer will launch on 27 February on Nintendo Switch and 4 March on Steam. It is a retro arcade-style game featuring 16-bit pixel art that draws its inspiration from the classics of the 80s and 90s. The standard price of the game will be $ 4,99, however, there will be a 20% launch discount for the first week.

A cruel dragon has captured Freddy’s daughter and roams the top of a long-abandoned castle. Freddy’s only hope of rescuing her lies in a powerful potion, which a mysterious wizard deep within the forest can make. However, the wizard requires several rare ingredients to craft the potion, and Freddy must gather them in a specific order.

To make matters more complicated, the ingredients must be combined using magical cauldrons that are scattered throughout the kingdom, each hidden in a different, dangerous location. Freddy’s journey will be long and challenging, but it’s the only way to save his daughter.
