XD Inc. is delighted to reveal the second major update for its TRPG, Sword of Convallaria for PC and mobile devices. Yes, the new update ‘Night Crimson’ is on its way with many new features. This includes new events, valuable rewards, and new ways to enjoy the game this holiday season.
The newest chapter of the Spiral of Destinies campaign dives deeper into Waverun City’s story with an exciting twist of investigative clue wall gameplay. This feature blends detective work with tactical battles, as players unravel mysteries alongside Safiyyah, the Mobile Squad’s sharp-minded leader. The Night Crimson update brings an exciting addition: SP Characters. These are alternate versions of existing Sword of Convallaria characters, reimagined from different time periods. They have unique looks and special combat skills. This update introduces SP Rawiyah, arriving on January 3rd, and Taair, joining on January 17th. Both can team up in battles. If you own both the original and SP versions of a character, you’ll unlock a powerful SP skill that enhances the combat abilities of both versions.
The in-game events running from December 20th to the release of the ‘Night Crimson’ update offer plenty of rewards. Starting January 3rd, the Waverun Tournament lets players trade event points for exclusive items and avatar frames. These rewards are perfect for boosting your characters for upcoming challenges.
Sword of Convallaria fans have exciting extras to explore as well. Short developer updates offer a glimpse into the game’s future. A video message from Safiyyah’s Japanese voice actor adds a personal connection. Plus, the update includes a new theme song, “Never Apart,” with a preview of the Japanese version performed by Hikasa Yoko.
