Pokémon TCG Pocket Shared Its Future Update Plans

New Features Are Coming to Pokémon TCG Pocket

Pokémon TCG Pocket launched earlier this month, inviting players to collect and battle with digital Pokémon cards. The game already generated huge revenue, even more than the very popular Pokémon Go. On Wednesday, the developer of TCG Pocket, Creatures Inc. shared an update about what’s coming soon. Players can look forward to new booster packs by year’s end, and an exciting trading feature set to launch in January.

The announcement highlighted new content slated for an upcoming major update. New booster packs are expected to be added by the end of the year. Additionally, a feature allowing the trading of certain cards is targeted for release starting in January 2025, with plans to gradually expand the range of tradable cards.

They further noted that other new features are under development beyond the trade feature. More details regarding these updates will be announced as feature addition dates are finalized.  The game will likely add more events in the coming weeks. It will allow players to build their meta decks with new promotional cards and emblems. So, stay tuned for more news in the future, in the meantime, keep collecting and battling!
