BEHEMOTH Flew Its Way Onto Steam

Welcome to BEHEMOTH

The indie game developer and publisher The Behemoth has launched its latest title BEHEMOTH on Steam. This single-player, infinite dodge n’ flap arcade game was created to celebrate the studio’s twenty-first anniversary. It is a heartfelt tribute to the amazing community that has stood by The Behemoth since it started in 2003. You can purchase it right now for just $3.59 at a 10% discount until 7 November.

In response to a longtime fan request, the game invites players to take on the role of their beloved chicken mascot. The goal is to catch baby chicks falling from the sky and safely tuck them into cozy nests. As the game unfolds, players will encounter a flurry of challenges, including flying fruit, bouncing eggs, and scattered dinnerware that can disrupt their progress. It’s a race to keep the chicks safe amid the chaos.

The game offers more than 200 unlockable cosmetics to help players personalize their chickens. These designs range from adorable to quirky and even spooky, perfect for the Halloween season! Plus, players can join in on the fun with daily leaderboards that track the highest scores and the most checkpoints secured. This feature inspires friendly competition among community members every day of the week.

“For many years, fans have wanted a game featuring our beloved chicken mascot,” said John Baez, co-founder of The Behemoth. “We’ve always brought arcade cabinets to tradeshows and felt inspired to create a new arcade game this year to celebrate our 21st anniversary and fulfill that popular request. We are so excited to get BEHEMOTH in the community’s hands online and in-person!”
