A New Journey Awaits in Alder Forge 2
Zine. E. Falouti is thrilled to announce that Alder Forge 2 is coming to Early Access in Q2 2025. It is the sequel to the 2023 JPRG title. The story picks up two years after the last chapter, following the Fourth Squadron and their three new allies as a worn-out feudal society crumbles, making way for something new.
Like Alder Forge, this game offers an improved Adaptive Turn-Based RPG system with exciting upgrades. You’ll find boosts, follow-ups, multi-crafting, skill fusion, and a reputation system called “Gaia’s Blessings”. All of these come wrapped in thrilling, interactive cinematic battles.
Alder Forge 2 takes place in 947 AGC, two years after the Orvysian invasion of Royne and the final battle between the Fourth Squadron and the Equilibrium. The aftermath has forced the secretive Magna Lumen into a violent global conflict with the branches of the High Council. This struggle is about to escalate with the fated clash between the 9 surviving Knights of the Alder Forge and their Guardians.
At the same time, in a society where talent and hard work can elevate anyone, traditionalist nobles are making a brutal last stand, taking advantage of the larger conflict. Meanwhile, shadowy groups are using the chaos to tighten their grip on politics and economics.
Players will dive into events that shape the world’s future. While reconnecting it with its past, from before the Great Cataclysm. Along the way, they’ll uncover how the Alder Forge operates and shapes what remains of the planet.
