Calligram Studio has announced that their upcoming neo-noir mystery Phoenix Springs is getting delayed until 7 October 2024. The studio will use the extra time to perfect its amazing hand-drawn art and captivating story, living up to all the excitement it has created. The game was originally set to release on 16th September 2024.
“Thanks to everyone who has shown such enthusiasm for our game since we announced it and we hope you’re OK to just wait a little bit longer to play Phoenix Springs,” said Jigmé Özer, Calligram Studio founder. “We needed some extra time to get the game ready for release, so we decided to delay the game until October 7th. Thank you for your patience!”
Phoenix Springs is a fresh spin on classic point-and-click games with easy controls and a sleek interface. Set in a beautifully hand-drawn neo-noir world, it follows Iris Dormer, a reporter who reunites with her long-lost brother Leo. Together, they discover Phoenix Springs, a mysterious desert oasis home to a secretive community.
As you explore and chat with characters, you’ll gather clues and items in your inventory. Use these clues to interact with your surroundings or bring them up in fully-voiced conversations to move forward. Toss out any misleading hints and tricky details as you tackle fun, brain-teasing puzzles meant for fans of rich, story-driven games.
