Publisher Crytivo and developer Crazy Goat Games have revealed a new trailer and the release date for Worshippers of Cthulhu. The trailer showcases a new, darker side to the game, which allows players to ritualistically carve a design into the back of a villager. This practice increases the bond between the player and Cthulhu and helps in the ultimate goal of bringing the creature to power.
In addition to this new ritual, the trailer also unveils the official Steam release date, which is 21st October 2024. Moreover, a demo is also live on the platform for a limited time, making sure players get a firsthand experience of the game. The team is currently at Gamescom as well, where they will be showcasing the game at their booth. They are located in the B2B area, hall 4.1, Polish pavilion C-013g for media access.
