Rock Digger Is Digging up Its Demo at the End of the Month

Start Digging in Rock Digger

The solo indie game developer Rockin’Games has announced that its debut title, Rock Digger is launching a demo at the end of this month. It is a digging game that draws inspiration from titles like Motherlord. Take a look at the first peek trailer below to get a glimpse of it.

Rock Digger is a 2D mining game with unique mechanics. You will be throwing giant pickaxes rather than running into walls to dig and use a vacuum to pick up the ores. You’ll become a rock that suddenly comes to life after crash-landing on a massive alien planet filled with all sorts of things to discover across different landscapes.

Your main objective is to dig for resources and alien technologies. Upgrade your body and powers using these resources, all the while exploring strange new worlds. There is no rush at all. Take as much time as you need. And there is nothing on the surface and you won’t have to worry about monsters or battles.  Are you ready to uncover secrets, reach the core, and rise as a rock god?

Key features:

– Explore Procedurally Generated Planets.
– Dig for minerals and use them to upgrade your body with Alchemy.
– Unearth Lost Alien Technologies and powers.
– Throw A Billion Pickaxes?
