It’s almost time to face your fears! Developer Setone Games and publisher Radiance Star have officially revealed the release date for their upcoming title, Dreamless. Dreamless is a first-person psychological thriller game that takes place in a remote provincial town. In this lost town, teenagers mysteriously disappear every 25 years in a week from August 1-7, which is also known as “death week”. The city officials have given up trying to solve the mystery and just close missing person cases, telling residents to stock up on essentials and stay indoors. Despite these precautions, more people disappear each year. No one has any idea what is happening, or whether there is a serial killer on the loose.
The main character is John, a hardworking senior-year student who loves video blogging. On August 1, 2017, just a month before his coming of age, a new “week of death” began. While the townspeople are going about their lives and seem to have forgotten the curse, John gets an intriguing offer from his friend Will: to explore the old, abandoned house of a deceased woman who once scared everyone.
