The video game development studio Demolish Games has announced the release date for their upcoming title, Demolish & Build 3. This highly anticipated first-person simulation game will be coming out on PC via Steam on 11 September 2024. Players will finally get to step into the shoes of a demolition company owner and experience the thrill of a comprehensive and immersive construction adventure.

In Demolish & Build 3, you’re the boss of a demolition company, and it’s your job to tear down old buildings and put up new ones. You will begin the game with a small plot of land and a basic shack. As you progress, you can grow your business, eventually owning a wide range of things that will make your work easier.
The game features a variety of tools, gear, and vehicles, all crafted with realistic designs and sounds. Players can switch between driving from inside the cabin or from an outside view. With machines like excavators that have different attachments, you’ll always have the right tool for the job.
