Beach Properties is now available from digital retailers for a retail price of $9.99/£8.49/€9.99 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. You can also get it as a part of a bundle in the Waterfronts Expansion Pass or Ultimate Edition.

Additionally, the game also received an update, introducing the first in-game modding options. Players will finally get to create, share, and play with Map and Code Mods through the free Paradox Mods platform. There are other performance improvements, fixes, and community requests as well. You can check out the full full patch notes right here.

In Beach Properties, players will get to beautify and build a better beachfront. This includes a new Waterfront zoning option that is exclusive to waterfront buildings. There are also new growable and signature buildings for both European and North American themes, as well as new trees to build creative coastlines.

This update also marks the launch of the Modding Beta of the game, providing players with immediate access to Map and Code mods. Using the free Paradox Mods platform, creations can be played locally and shared with a worldwide audience globally. This allows players to discover, organize, and present other available mods.
