Horizon: Forbidden West Coming in the Second Half of 2021

Play Has No Limits

Today, PlayStation released the launch trailer for PS5. It is filled to the brim with beauty, but there is also a bit of revealing information for these games it features. The trailer features some of the PS5’s most anticipated and visually stunning titles such as Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Gran Turismo 7, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Demon’s Souls, Returnal, and Horizon: Forbidden West. It also slips in release windows for the games with unconfirmed release dates, giving us a better idea of when we can play them. Plan accordingly, gamers.

Horizon: Forbidden West Release Window

We know that Demon’s Souls and Spider-Man: Miles Morales are launch titles for PS5, so they are going to be out for everyone in a few days. However, the other games do not have solid release dates. Thanks to this commercial, we have about a six month window for them though. If you can tear your gaze away from the beautiful graphics and scenery you are being shown, you can briefly see at the bottom of the screen that Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart, Gran Turismo 7, and Returnal are expected to launch in the “first half of 2021” and Horizon: Forbidden West is expected in the “second half of 2021”.

Everyone has a gaming backlog, but we also can’t resist the call of new, next gen games either. Plan ahead, make sure you get a healthy balance of new games as part of your entertainment intake. PS5s are going to be delivered this week, so I hope all your gaming dreams come true.
