Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Isn’t Coming to Early Access in the Days Leading up to Launch

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Won’t Arrive Early to EA Access

As you may know Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is going to be released in just a couple of short days. Many fans have wondered, considering its absence so far, whether the game was coming to EA Access before launch. According to EA, this simply isn’t the case and everyone will have to wait until November 15th.

EA Play

If you’re a subscriber of EA Access you’ll know that a huge benefit of the service is that members receive a timed early access period for all of the publishers new and upcoming games. Until now there’s been no word on an early access period for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Today however, EA put all the notions of playing the game early to bed. There will be no timed early access for EA Access subscribers unfortunately. That said, EA Access members will receive two exclusive cosmetics.

Announced on the official EA Access Twitter account, the publisher explained why there wouldn’t be an early access period. It is, as you may have guessed, to try and avoid spoilers from ruining the experience at launch. Here’s what the tweet had to say, Star Wars #JediFallenOrder launches this week! #EAAccess members get 10% off the game. We’ve opted not to have early/timed access (Play First Trial), in part to reduce the risk of spoilers. Instead, EA Access members get these exclusive cosmetics!” You can check out the cosmetics, as shown on Twitter, below.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order drops on November 15th for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC. What do you think about no Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order timed early access for EA Access subscribers?
