All Answers To Our Burning Questions Will Be At ‘The Hub’
Okay they aren’t burning questions exactly, but it’s totally fair to wonder where Doomguy gets those enormous muscles of his. During a panel at this weekend’s Quakecon celebrations, members of the official Doom fan club sent in questions to members of the development team. Questions like ” how does the Doomslayer stay in such fantastic shape?”
The team didn’t exactly answer this one, but they did allude to the existence of something called The Hub. This spot in Doom Eternal is where players will “see how he spends his free time, and you’ll learn a lot about him through the game, if you look for it and pay attention.”
In other words, this is one room where we’ll spot all sorts of objects and information on the unflappable Doomguy. What will we find in this place? Massive weights? Salacious magazines? Half-completed knitting projects? Whatever players find there will be a deeper look into Doomguy’s life than we’ve ever gotten before. Or at least, a better look at the minutiae and the minor details. Doom Eternal is out on PC, PS4, and Xbox One on November 22nd, 2019.
