Will There Be New Games at UbiE3?
This Games-as-a-service thing, Ubisoft is getting better at it, and thatโs probably what they intend to showcase at this yearโs E3. Theyโre the second third-party publisher, right after Bethesda, to announce their expo time slot. So what can we expect?
Ubisoftโs E3 press conference, or UbiE3, will take place on June 10 1 pm PT/4 pm ET. Theyโve traditionally preceded the Sony timeslot on Monday, but now that PlayStation canโt hog the limelight, more people will be talking about Ubisoft for the duration of the week. What will people be talking about? Well, the publisherโs talking points have become pretty predictable.
In all likelihood, weโll see more discussion revolving around Ubisoftโs ongoing services. That includes but is not limited to Rainbow Six: Siege, For Honor, The Division 2, and perhaps more. We also canโt forget the projects in development โ Skull & Bones and Beyond Good and Evil 2 still donโt have release dates. Will we see anything new? Watch Dogs 3 is a viable candidate, but fans are more likely to lose their minds at a new Splinter Cell announcement.

Back to The Division 2, the marketing team just released an updated timeline of future content. The first free DLC arrives on April 5th, 2019, followed by three more episodes throughout the seasons. DC Outskirts: Expeditions will arrive in Summer 2019, while Pentagon: The Last Castle will drop in Autumn 2019, and the last, unnamed DLC will launch sometime in the WInter. Along the way, agents can expect more story content, side missions, weapons, gear, Raids, Projects, and even new Specializations. Ubisoft is likely to expound on this information during their E3 2019 press conference.
