Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 PC Gets Weapon Rebalancing

Black Ops 4 PC Just Received Gun Balancing

Treyarch already released weapon balancing for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 players, and now PC gamers have received a similar update. The delay stems from the fact that some guns that are a bit more difficult to use on console versions are much more effective when using a mouse and keyboard, and the PC update must take these differences into consideration.

The MOG-12, Saug 9mm, and Koshka were hit by the update, which nerfed the shotgun and buffed the sniper. Adjustments to the Saug 9mm lower hip fire accuracy lower as well as “the maximum damage falloff distance.”

“For our PC players, we’d like to clear up any confusion around the state of weapon balancing on PC vs. console,” Treyarch said in a Reddit post. “The first phase of weapon balancing changes exclusive to the PC build has rolled out in today’s PC game update, including changes to the Saug 9mm Operator Mod, the Koshka sniper rifle, and the MOG-12 shotgun, and more weapon tuning changes to the PC meta are coming in a future update.”
