Assembled Through Player Voting
Custom characters are an integral part of any good fighting game. Soulcalibur VI has an excellent system for such things, which they’ve showcased by whipping up the Wizard Lizard. Assembled using a player poll, this awesome fighter would make a fine addition to any player’s regular roster. He’s got cat ears!
If one were hoping to build the Wizard Lizard themselves, they would need Lizardman’s look, Azwel’s fighting style, the Eternity & Ephemerality weapons, the Magic Pack visual effect, the Destruction Fauld hip armor, the Crimson Wings back piece, and the Cat Ears accessory. Put this all together and you get a scaly fighter with some amazing moves. Also cat ears. And wings! It’s the total package, really.
The video embedded below shows off the Wizard Lizard in action. The spell effects are a nice touch, though what this beast really needs is an awesome voice. Something like Skeletor with a beak. Perhaps if Bandai Namco gets enough positive feedback about the Wizard Lizard, they can add some in-game assets to support them. You know what else would be great? A theme song. Or a proper stage. Actually, let’s just make this a proper, full-fledged character. Soulcalibur VI is out on PS4, PC and Xbox One on October 19th, 2018.
