Bethesda Teases More Surprises for E3
E3 is the biggest gaming event of the year and it’s literally right around the corner. In fact, as the festivities are about to kick off many fans are getting hyped about what some of their favorite developers and publishers have to offer. Despite an interesting move to make some huge announcements last month, Bethesda says there’s still much more to come at E3.
Last month was a big one for Bethesda as they officially announced Rage 2 after it was leaked, as well as Fallout 76! Considering just how big those reveals were some fans were questioning just how much Bethesda has left in the tank in the way of surprises. According to the Vice President of Bethesda, Peter Hines, there is still “more than one” huge surprise left.
Of course this all came to light on Twitter after a few curious fans asked if there are still something to get excited over with what could have been huge E3 announcements in Rage 2 and Fallout 76 out of the way. You can check out the few exchanges below where Peter Hines assures us all that there is still a lot to tune in for.
You might not know that many folks at game companies tend not to get very excited about E3. It's a ton of hard work and stress. And it's completely exhausting.
But this year, I've noticed we (Bethesda) are all really excited about E3. It's kinda weird, and fun, and nice. pic.twitter.com/o2QED7JWLP

they're not, but when it's all said and done I think we'll manage to offer lots of surprises you'll enjoy.

There are a few theories about what we could hope to see from Bethesda, including the sci-fi role-playing game Starfield, and possibly even some more content for Prey with a DLC announcement. In fact, some have even been speculating that Bethesda could be announcing a complete stand-alone Prey title similar to what they did for Dishonored: Death of an Outsider. Or what about DOOM 2? Only time will tell, though thankfully we only have to wait until 6:30 PM PST/9:30 EST on Sunday.
